providing prompt reliable 24 hour service to the Sydney metropolitan area.

Job Dispatching & Communications
At Roseville Plumbing we operate using a computerised job dispatching and
communications system.
Jobs are entered into a compterised job management system where
where we are able to monitor the status of each job. Jobs can be
booked over a year in advance or scheduled weekly, monthly etc.
Scheduling of jobs permits our operations to dispatch the works
to employees through a computerised terminal within their vehicles.
Employees can then reply directly back to the office dispatching
network.
Each vehicle is fitted with GPS dispatching system, 2 way radios
and mobile phones to enable efficient communication.
Once again at Roseville plumbing we strive to keep ahead of technology to assist in running our company efficiently
and at a level our larger clients come to expect.
Apart from the standard telephone and facsimiles devices within our office all staff have access to the Internet
and e-mail via cable modem. This allows us to receive instant e-mails from our clients to attend any urgent requests that they may have.
We also make use of the Internet by accessing our clients web sites if necessary.

Responsible to ensure all subcontractors and suppliers have all necessary insurances and certificates of competency, and that all such are current
Prepares work method statements to facilitate the removal or reduction of risks identified with the employees in the Risk Assessment.

Liases with customers as to status of jobs.
Co-ordinates the works to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner.
Responsible for ensuring that site safety plans and policies are adhered to, and that employee awareness is maintained through site inductions.
Implements and verifies preventative and corrective action.
Co-ordinates emergency situations on site.
